Short Biography and Experience

I was born and raised in California, USA, where organic gardening and health foods were a way of life.  I owned a health food restaurant in Canada and a fresh seafood restaurant in Surrey.  During this time, I undertook my therapies training at The Raworth Centre in Surrey, England.

Since qualifying in 1996 I have been practicing full-time as a complementary therapist, out of clinics in Limpsfield, Hurst Green and Caterham, Surrey.  I also had a position as a part-time lecturer and Polyclinic tutor on the Nutritional Therapy Degree Course at the University of Westminster, London.  I next spent four years at the Raworth Centre, Dorking, working as module leader and lecturer on the Nutritional Therapy, Dietary Therapy and Clinical Practice Diploma courses.
